EMSAŞ was founded in 1992. The main fields of activities of the company are concentrated in sectors such as Hospitals, Hotels, Healthcare, Sports, Tourism Transportation and Industry.
Among the major construction projects completed by Emsaş are the Alatau and Medeo Hotels in Kazakhstan. Recently completed project is the Minsk Hotel Construction in Minsk Belarus, a five star luxury unit covering 28,000 m2 of construction area, together with restaurants, patisserie, shopping mall, fitness center, conference and ball rooms, and other common spaces for various facilities with international standards. Emsaş is proud to have completed this hotel in such a short time of twenty months, at the highest international standards.
A recently awarded project is the Chorsu Hotel in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. This is a hotel over an area of 35000 m2 and symbolizes the imperial architecture of late nineties. The duration of the construction is set to be 18 months.
In all these projects Emsaş was responsible also for facilitating the necessary funds through Turkish Exim Bank Credit Lines, upgrading the company to higher levels of credibility both in Turkey and abroad.
Among the other fields of activities of the company are;

- Hospitals and other Health – Care Units
- Urban development housing projects.
- Infrastructure works - such as water and gas lines, roads and railways
- Environmental projects – such as water and/or waste treatment units.
Besides construction, Emsaş is also involved in the distribution of petroleum by-products through affiliated Gas stations operating in Istanbul Turkey Emsaş also owns and operates Alatau Hotel and Business Center in Almaty/Kazakhstan.
One other local activity is agricultural projects concentrated in South of Turkey GAP Region. Emsaş is in the process of establishing a joint venture with an American company for the modernization of local agricultural products and the upgrading of water distribution systems of the region.
The company has also opened branch offices and affiliated companies in New York, Moscow, London, Warsaw, Minsk, Tashkent, Almaty and Odessa targeting to structure new projects in these major cities.
